HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER ON ALMA SWIMWEAR ?

Shopping in www.almaswimwear.com is really easy.

You just need to follow these steps:

1. Add your article in the desired size to your cart by clicking the "add to cart" button.

2. When you have added all the items you want, click on the "checkout" button, in your shopping cart.

3. In this step you can login to your personal user account or place your order without registration.

In all cases you will need to:

- Write down your contact information (email or mobile phone number)

- Add your delivery address information

- Your preferred delivery method.

- Your preferred payment option.

- Your payment information, including your billing address.

4. Carefully review your order (you won't be charged yet)

5. When you have checked that all the information is correct, you can place your order by clicking the "complete order" button. 

6. The system will show you your order confirmation and your order number.

7. You should receive an order confirmation email within moments of placing your order. If you do not receive and order confirmation within a few hours, please check your spam folder, and be sure to allow future email related to your purchase. If your are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team at service@almaswimwear.fr to ensure your order is in the works.

DO I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION ?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email with the order confirmation.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

if you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of your purchase.

You can request your cancellation sending an email to service@almaswimwear.fr 

Please be sure to include your order number. 

Passed that hour, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse in preparation for dispatch. However, if you still want to cancel your order after one hour of being confirmed, you have the option, depending on the delivery method chosen, to refuse the package so that it can be returned to us. The refund will be effective upon registration of your package at our warehouse and you will be notified by email. If your package is delivered to you and depending on your reasons for returning, we invite you to initiate as quickly as possible the RETURN AND REFUND or the EXCHANGE procedures. this can be done by visiting the RETURNS CENTER

Cancellations to an order of $500 or more (total before discounts, tax and shipping) will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to an order. We will do our best to satisfy you request as long as the order has not been transferred to the courier. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER ?

No, there is no minimum order for orders in the ALMA SWIMWEAR online shop.

We process and prepare packages from Monday to Friday.

The preparation of your order is done in 24 h. The delivery times are those applied by our partners (Colissimo and DHL)
