The selected displayed currency in our website (Euros(€), USD($), GBP(£) or CAD) is merely referential as your payment will always be collected in Euros (€). (Except if you are a USA customer using Zelle®)

To estimate the final amount charged by your bank if you are located outside the Euro zone, just apply the exchange rate and add the currency conversion fee + any fee stated in your credit card agreement.

ALMAAZUR SWIMWEAR works with the company HEIDELPAY which integrates the SSL security standard. Your confidential data (card number, expiration date and CVV) are transmitted after encryption directly to the HEIDELPAY server and are never transmitted to our server. The HEIDELPAY server is itself connected to the servers of the banks in each country concerned. This is the internationally recognized security standard 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code or Amex Safekey). 3D Secure makes the misuse for credit cards more difficult for unauthorized third parties and reduces the risk of fraud for credit card payments on the internet. By using Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code or Amex Safekey, your credit card details are secured with an additional code that you will receive from your bank and you will have to input into the system in order to validate your transaction. Therefore, a misuse of your credit card is almost impossible.

Payment by credit card:

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. During payment transaction the data will be secured via a secure encryption method (SSL) and processed directly. Please enter the card number, the CVV and the date of expiry. While your order is being processed you wilL be receiving a SMS with a validation code that you will need to input into the system (3D Secure)

Payment by PayPal:

You need to have a PayPal account. You can save your bank or credit card details, so you do not have to enter them again for each purchase. With PayPal you can easily pay by adding your email address and password. Your PayPal account will be charged directly with the corresponding amount and you will receive a payment confirmation. Afterwards your order will be shipped. Debit is made upon validation of your order.

All payments go through name and address verifications for security reasons, please ensure you are entering the correct name and billing address registered with the credit card you are using to avoid any processing delays. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

if you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of your purchase.

You can request your cancellation sending an email to service@almaswimwear.fr 

Please be sure to include your order number. 

Passed that hour, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse in preparation for dispatch. However, if you still want to cancel your order, you have the option, depending on the delivery method chosen, to refuse the package so that it can be returned to us. The refund will be effective upon registration of your package at our warehouse and you will be notified by email. If your package is delivered to you and depending on your reasons for returning, we invite you to initiate as quickly as possible the RETURN AND REFUND procedure as per our “Return & Refund Section” or the EXCHANGE procedure. You will also need to visit our "RETURNS CENTER"

Cancellations to an order of $500 or more (total before discounts, tax and shipping) will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to an order. We will do our best to satisfy your request as long as the order has not be transferred to the courrier. CAN I CHECK ON THE SHIPPING STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. The status of your order will always be shown in "your account" under "orders" Please check the spam filter in your email account as well.

For deliveries by Colissimo, the tracking number communicated to you allows you to follow the routing on the colissimo website and you are notified automatically, by email, the day before the delivery of your package. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER IF I HAVE NOT CREATED MY ALMAAZUR SWIMWEAR ACCOUNT ?

You cannot follow your orders in the "My Account" section or access all of the personalized services if you have not created an account.

However, when your order is shipped, all of your useful information (invoice, link and parcel tracking number, etc.) will be sent to you by email and you will be able to follow the progress of your parcel on the websites of our transport partners.

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR PREPARING MY ORDER ?

We process and prepare packages from Monday to Friday.

The preparation of your order is done in 24 h. The delivery times are those applied by our partners (Colissimo, Gls or Mondial Relay)
